Meeting Abstract: In a prospective, feasibility, bi-institutional study, four methods of chronic UTI microbiome identification were compared in a population of 74 chronic UTI patients using C&S, extended C&S + PCR, Volente Diagnostics, and MicroGenDX qPCR + NGS. A significant difference in accuracy was observed between C&S versus MicroGenDX. MicroGenDX identified microbes in 17 culture negative patients, and identified causative pathogens in 67 of 69 patients.
