Patients can contact their insurance provider to see if our test will be covered with our billing code: 0112U
If in the event that a patient’s insurance does not cover the cost
of the qPCR+NGS test MicroGenDX will charge the patient
$249. This does not include add-on tests and non qPCR+NGS
tests. If your patient utilizes a non-covered insurance plan, it is
recommended that they select the option "Do not bill my
insurance" on the requisition form (example to the right).
